Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order size, and customization needs. We will notify you by email if there are any unexpected delays.

Shipping Time & Delivery

We offer Canada-wide delivery. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location:

  • Ontario & Quebec: 2–5 business days

  • Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 4–8 business days

  • Atlantic Canada: 4–7 business days

  • Remote areas: May require additional time

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. For large or bulk orders, we may contact you directly to arrange specialized delivery options.

Handling of Large or Fragile Items

Our products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. Items such as WPC panels, UV marble panels, and soft stone lists are packaged securely using protective materials and edge protectors. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If any product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@decostria.com with clear photos of the issue and packaging.

Incorrect Addresses or Missed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
